2. Products & Availability

All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur. Availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR (or relevant local currency) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery across Pakistan is free.

6. Returns & Exchanges

· Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

· Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

· For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

· To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

7. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
